The “Organisational Chart” above attempts to demonstrate the relationship between Mondial (Dubai) LLC and the FP Affiliation.

Financial Partners Group (FPG) was, formerly, a centrally organised business with direction emanating from a centralised Board of Directors, and a CEO governing all the regions. FP Affiliation is more of a network structure.

Contestable Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) now exist between the regional component parts of the business and “the centre” which provides a range of services. The regions are also independently aimed. The range of Central services includes, but are not limited to:

• Commission management and reconciliation
• Compliance (although Mondial in the UAE relies on its own Compliance)
• Financial and audit functions

As far as “Investments” are concerned the Financial Partners Asset Management Division is keenly supported by all the three main regions.

As a result, Asset Allocation Policy reflects the successful Asset Allocation Policy Built and developed by the former Financial Partners Group (FPG).

The “INVESTMENT ZONE” content is therefore the same as FPG – and is now operating as an information source for all the FP Affiliation.

Investment Decision Making

There are three levels of Investment Decision making

1. Board Level : Gordian Gaeta joins in on Board level discussions, and reflects on the comments/ideas/initiatives of the UAE Investment Committee.
2. Branch Level : Sean Kelleher and Bill Davey form the UAE Investment Committee.
3. FP Affiliation “GIC” or General Investment Committee makes recommendations to the branch level. This Committee includes: Cameron Knox (Singapore), Peter Kende (Hongkong) and Bill Davey (UAE)
