Advisers are trained in learning a specific sales process together with product knowledge. We ask our Product Providers to become engaged in all forms of Product Training.

Advisers will be expected to pass the following internal Training Modules from the “Mondial Academy”:

• An Introduction to Products.
• The Sales Process.
