Advisers are trained in asset allocation strategy, and will be expected to demonstrate a high standard of overall financial services awareness. In addition, the adviser is expected to be managing assets under management in excess of USD 5 million.

Advisers are expected to pass the following internal exams from the “Mondial Academy”:
- An Introduction to Products
- The sales process
- Managing Client Expectations
- The Financial Calculator
- The Investment Blue Book
- Holistic Balance Sheet Management
- Advisers will be expected to pass the following external modules: TO BE ANNOUNCED, LOCAL REGULATORY CHANGES EXPECTED SOON.
