At Mondial (Dubai) LLC, we recognise that client relationships are important. Yet, clients are different and require different levels of service. Some clients are self-sufficient and require little support, whereas others require a more active relationship with their adviser and with Mondial. Our challenge, as financial advisers is to build a service structure that keeps all of our clients happy.
We recognise that this is a colossal challenge, so we set our sights on the following specific objectives:
- To provide a series of "relationship choices" for investors, and
- To ensure that all clients are aware of the service options, and to ensure that the service which they expect is actually delivered.
In striving towards these goals we have created an advice/product matrix that seeks to provide both financial services products and advice. Some investors will head directly to the "execution only" or 100% product end of the spectrum,or seek "limited advice" in respect of specific products (i.e. mortgage advice). Others will seek overall sounding board advice on their entire balance sheet structure. Within this wide range of product and service offering lies many shades of grey.
