The tri-lingual, multi-nationally educated Jose Santiago started his tertiary education in Coimbra, Portugal, before benefiting from the ERASMUS (European Commission's programme for higher education) student exchange programme, to end up at the University of Huddersfield in the UK. After graduating in Modern Languages and then in Public Administration he started his professional career in financial services as an auditor before moving into other forms of financial consultation before settling-down as a financial adviser. Before joining Mondial, Jose had already amassed 15 years as a financial adviser and holds the CeMAP qualification.

Jose therefore boasts business-level communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English which allows him to build client relationships with a number of different cultures and nationalities.

Outside work, Jose is a keen family man with three children. When the family allow him, Jose captains the Mondial Football Team with great passion, and also enjoys: badminton, reading, cinema and travelling.
