The Organisational Chart demonstrates the “thumb and finger approach” to Organisational Structure. The CEO, Sean Kelleher, is tasked with managing the “thumb” which provides services to the “fingers” or the sales teams.

The Board serves as a check on Corporate Governance as well as a check on commercial direction. Put another way, the Board has been selected on the basis of their ability to provide a "rear view mirror" or risk management, together with their ability to “broaden the business moat”.
