Mondial is no different to every other company struggling to provide an exceptional client delivery service, remotely! Whilst our office is locked down and moving forward we have enthusiastically embraced the digital age.

From April, 2020, where client engagement is given remotely we are actively using processes which allow our clients to receive paperwork that they can digitally sign, even on their smartphones! The platform we are using to do this is called SignNow [],

Our offices are open, but for now we are not receiving clients at them – we have a skeleton staff in place to process business and receive documents. If you need to visit us with paperwork please note that we are open from 9:00 – 1:30 [Sunday – Thursday] during Ramadan. If you visit us to deliver paperwork you will be asked by our receptionist to leave this on the coffee table, please do not leave any paperwork if there is no one at reception – please wait as this will only be a temporary absence.

Please find details below on Security, however, in practical terms, if you are required to sign a document digitally you will be sent an email from via SignNow. When you receive this and click through, you will be asked to create an account which you don't need to do. Simply follow the online instructions and SignNow takes care of the rest! Mondial will receive the form duly signed by all parties in the blink of an eye.

The short version is that SignNow is used and trusted by 40% of the Fortune 1,000, and huge contracts like mortgages and Deron William’s $98M NBA contract.
