The Mondial Helicon system which provides valuations on most portfolios as at the close of business the previous working day. This is a 24/7 service.
The Client Services Department
The Client Services Department provides a team approach to ongoing service through dedicated administrators and a team of qualified financial advisors. This means that there will always be staff available to answer queries and/or provide advice during a normal UAE working day. In addition, the CSD calls its clients at least twice a year to request face-to-face reviews. It seeks to provide the highest standard of contact availability as well as the highest standards of service and advice.
