Client Servicing

The ongoing service or financial plan follow-up is a key, but unspectacular component in delivering a financial plan. The ongoing service promise is guided by the differing need for involvement of each investor. Mondial aims to offer consistency through the following channels:

  • The Mondial Helicon system which provides valuations on most portfolios as at the close of business the previous working day. This is a 24/7 service.

  • The Client Services Department 

The Client Services Department provides a team approach to ongoing service through dedicated administrators and a team of qualified financial advisors. This means that there will always be staff available to answer queries and/or provide advice during a normal UAE working day. In addition, the CSD calls its clients at least twice a year to request face-to-face reviews. It seeks to provide the highest standard of contact availability as well as the highest standards of service and advice.
